StelvIoT is built by Stelvio Design AB, a software company based in Stockholm. We started with a single hospital client asking for one thing — continuous temperature logging that did not require a multi-million BMS upgrade — and the product grew from there.
One hospital. One pharmacy. One clipboard too many.
Our first real client was a pharmacy lead at a Stockholm hospital. She showed us the paper logbook: temperature and humidity readings, manually transcribed, twice a day. On busy days, gaps. On audit weeks, panic.
The existing options were BMS upgrades costing six figures, or generic IoT consumer kits with no compliance story. Nothing in between. So we built it.
